   BLOW OUT:

Ahhh, the perfect blowout. A good styling product is key to the perfect blowout. It adds body to fine, limp hair, while women with thick, curly hair need to keep the frizzies at bay.   RELAXERS & PERMS:

 Relaxer:

Curl adjuster. Frizz controller. Anti-humectant. For clients with old or unwanted perms, or clients with naturally curly or frizzy hair in need of control. Also for clients with uneven hair texture. Controls hair that frizzes in high humidity. Prepares the hair for a fresh texture. Evens hair that has dual textures.

Learn the difference between Spiral permanent waves and normal (regular) perms

 Regular Perm or Spiral Perm
 
 Regular perms can give you different variations of curls, depending on the size rollers used and the solutions used in your hair. From tight, kinky curls to light, romantic waves, the options are all up to you.

 Spiral perms have the same types of options, using different sized rollers for tighter curls. But if you want the full effect of a spiral perm, your hair should be somewhat long, at least a bit past your shoulders. Banana curls are formed by each roller, releasing a long, corkscrew shape in each separated section of hair when each roller is taken out.

 An Evening or "wedding style" Updo could mean anything. "Updo" (hair is up off your shoulders) or "Half Up-Half Down" (front of hair is pulled back and pinned/clipped up, but the rest of the hair lies on your shoulders/down your back). Please feel free to bring a picture of the style that you desire.

 Complex Keratin Treatment Blow-Out:

What is Keratin
Keratin makes up 88 percent of your hair; it is a protein that is high in the amino acid cystine, which helps your hair to be strong and shiny. Bangz Salon Stylists report that keratin formulas work by adhering to your hair and replacing what has been lost over time,or for some, what has always been missing in their hair. Additionally, when applied to your hair, the keratin formulas lock in moisture, which helps your hair to be hydrated, manageable and vibrant.

How it's applied:
• Five steps
1. Wash hair with a clarifying shampoo
2. Apply the keratin solution it’s combed through
3. Hair is blow dried straight
4. Flat-iron to seal it in with 425 degrees yet causes no damage whatsoever
5. Rinse with a deep conditioner and dry once more.
• Two to three hour process

   Japanese Straightening System:

Japanese Hair Straightening, also known as Thermal Reconditioning, is a very popular hair straightening technique originating in Japan and introduced to the US in 1997. The process used to smooth out the hair is different from the one used with relaxers. It takes anywhere between two and eight hours depending on the length, thickness and condition of one's hair. Plus, with Thermal Reconditioning (as opposed to other straightening techniques) there is minimal damage to hair for a brilliant job that will last anywhere from six to nine months.
